Delete your HomeSum account

For the HomeSum app (com.homesum.app)

You can permanently delete your HomeSum account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open HomeSum and make sure you are signed in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Under Account, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away, and you are signed out.

Can’t access the app?

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you registered with and we will delete your account for you within 30 days (usually much sooner):

What gets deleted

Your account (email and login).
All synced financial data: accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, gam3iyas, subscriptions, categories and rules.
Any data on the device is also erased when you delete from within the app (or by uninstalling).

We keep no backups of your personal financial data after deletion. (Standard, non-identifying server logs may persist for a short period for security and then expire automatically.)
